A credit card is required at the time of reservation to 'Secure or Hold' the
booking. The credit card will be preauthorised but will not be debited
unless you cancel or fail to arrive. If the booking is cancelled there is a
ten pound (£10) per person administration fee. An Email confirmation only
will be sent you or a mobile phone text option.
Cancellation or “No Show” after 72 hours prior to the arrival date and time
is charged at one night’s accommodation. A customer is allowed up to 1800 on
the day of arrival before a no show charge is made. |
